Leigh moved to Warrnambool to complete his Carpentry Apprenticeship with a local construction business in 1999. During his apprenticeship he was awarded Apprentice of the Year in Regional Victoria and was runner up in Victoria. He gained a position as a carpenter with Bolden Constructions in 2004 and has since completed training and registration to become a registered building practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority in the classes of Domestic and Commercial. He has gained experience in a wide range of construction projects, including sustainable housing and commercial construction. In 2015, Leigh partnered with Ian Bolden under the Bolden Constructions name, continuing to deliver the strong leadership and high-quality construction that the company has become known for in the Warrnambool region.

Jacki is a full-time mum to her three boys and wife to Leigh. On top of this, she also helps keep the company systems up to date and compliant. Somehow, she manages to do two full-time jobs and still complete them with perfection. Without Jacki managing the office, Bolden Constructions would not be able to deliver the customer experience we pride ourselves on.

Joanne is the longest-serving Bolden Constructions employee. She knows the business inside and out and has had a key role in elevating Bolden Constructions to where it is today. Joanne started out doing Ian’s bookkeeping over 20 years ago and continues to excel at everything she does

Shaun is Bolden’s Design Manager, currently going through his registration process for further studies. Over the past 13 years, he has been working with leading designers and architects and brings his exceptional knowledge of design and construction documentation to both residential and commercial projects.

Adam is an apprentice carpenter who has been with Bolden Constructions since 2018. He prides himself on doing a good job and will make sure he does it right. Adam is a great team member and we look forward to seeing what he can achieve as a qualified carpenter
