The Brief

The client was looking to breathe new life into their existing home, with a renovation that emphasised energy efficiency and natural light.  

Highlights / What’s special about this one?

This renovation took its cue from nature with a design that emphasises bluestone and natural Cypress pine. The front of the home was given a facelift, while new PVC double-glazed windows were installed in order to increase energy efficiency. We also added a garage and outdoor living room that faced to the north, capturing both the summer and winter sun.
