The Brief
An existing heritage home had been converted into medical consulting suites, but were due for an extension. The complication lay in the heritage nature of the home, and the resultant planning regulations.
Highlights / What’s special about this one?
Instead of trying to mimic the existing design, we opted for something modern, using a glass join to link the two distinct spaces. The new build was constructed with natural timber that has been left to grey off and features floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. All spaces were made wheelchair accessible for visiting clients.
