The Brief

Redevelop the existing depot and upgrade its buildings for the future growth of the business – while keeping the fleet running.

What we did

A first-floor addition to the main office and a new operations shed with body shop and paint booth, replacing the old mechanical workshop. External works included removing in-ground fuel tanks and new civil works for coach parking, refuelling and washing.

Highlights

The site stayed fully operational throughout, with buses continuing to service Warrnambool and surrounding areas.
