A new warehouse with offices for PAG in the White Rock Road industrial estate – designed and built by Bolden.

Highlights / What’s special about this one

A large clear-span steel warehouse with an overhead crane and big roller doors, an office and staff area with a timber stair, and a bold red entry canopy and feature band that make it stand out from the street.

Scope

A greenfield site where Bolden handled every part of the build: civil works, retaining, mains services, fire services, the building, office fit-out, overhead crane and landscaping. Delivered early so PAG could meet the lease deadline at its old premises.
