The Brief
The Cally Hotel was housed a tired old building that required a full redevelopment. It was a heritage-listed, double storey sandstone building, which introduced additional site restrictions.
Highlights / What’s special about this one?
This project was a full redevelopment, with a new commercial kitchen, function room and bar all added into the existing structure. We also added an outdoor area with a retractable roof. What’s more, all of this was completed while allowing the pub to continue its service – it only shut for one day!
